Loan Process
We recommend you
gather the following documents before applying to help speed up the
loan process:
- Last 2
Years W-2's and/or 1040's
- Last 2 Paystubs with Year to Date
information
- Last 2 months Bank Statements
- Proof of paid collections,
judgements or delinquent trades.
- Divorce, Bankruptcy Papers
- 12 months cancelled rent or
mortgage checks
- Executed Purchase Agreement
Loan Process
1.
You apply by phone or internet.
2. Get a Conditional Approval within 24
hours.
3. We overnight loan documents for you to
inspect and sign.
4. You return signed loan documents and
proof to satisfy conditons
associated with conditional approval.
5. We order title committment and Appraisal.
6.
After receiving satisfactory title committment and appraisal, the
loan file is sent to Final Underwriting for a Clear to Close.
7. After receiving clear to close, Closing
Documents are ordered.
8. A closing date is agreed upon by
buyer/borrower and/or seller.
9. The home loan is closed at a Title
office or in the borrower's home
