Conforming long-term, fixed-rate and adjustable loans that meet Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan limits and property and borrower guidelines. Generally has higher loan limits than FHA and VA.

Zero Down Home Loans/High LTV
The Zero Down/High LTV programs allow you to borrow more money when buying or refinancing your home. You will not have to save a large amounts of money for a down payment and 100% LTV refinances allow you to borrow more money to consolidate more debt, do home improvements, or take a well deserved vacation.
Bad Credit Home Loans
Most of the home loan programs have features which allow you to be approved with no credit, low credit or bad credit. They base your approval on your employment stability, mortgage history or rental history, and recent payment history. Some of the loan programs even allow you to be 1 day out of bankruptcy and still be approved for a purchase loan or refinance loan.
